Tragic Streets: Young People Caught in Violent Encounters

In a disturbing incident in Kitadih, Rohit Kumar Singh, a 25-year-old school van driver, was brutally shot at close range while sleeping outside his residence in Bagbera. Police have detained an individual for questioning as they explore all possible motives behind the crime, including a recent altercation in which Singh intervened.

A few hours later in Bistupur, another violent encounter led to the stabbing death of 21-year-old Devraj Pillai after a motorcycle collision turned into a deadly altercation. Pillai was with friends returning home from puja pandal visits to Durga when the incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday.

Both cases are under intense investigation, with authorities examining CCTV footage to identify the culprits involved. These incidents have raised serious concerns about street violence and the need for community safety measures.
