Funding Circle Holdings plc (the “Enterprise“) announces that it has acquired for cancellation the following number of its common shares of £0.001 each on the London Stock Exchange from Numis Securities Limited (“Deutsche Numis”) as part of its buyback announced on March 7, 2024:

The Company intends to cancel all common shares acquired.

Upon cancellation of the repurchased shares, the issued share capital of the Company will consist of 334,114,678 common shares with voting rights.

There are no common shares in treasury.

The figure above (334,114,678) may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest or a change in their interest in the Company in accordance with the FCA Disclosure Rules of Guidance and Transparency.
