Business casual does not has become less confusing since hybrid work schedules took over the corporate world. There’s the Friday Zoom mullet (button-down shirt on top, whatever’s on the bottom), but deciding what to wear Tuesday through Thursday (or Monday through Wednesday, your mileage may vary) can require a lot of guesswork. But at least footwear is easy, thanks to Amberjack.

The brand has made a name for itself with ridiculously comfortable dress shoes that won’t make you feel overdressed on Casual Friday, but will keep you looking your best for that in-person date you forgot about.

Its signature style is aptly dubbed “The Original” and features a derby-style shoe upper with a comfortable sneaker-inspired sole. They’re available in a huge variety of colors and materials, so even your most curious neighbor won’t know you’re wearing the same shoe five days a week.

Since then, the brand has gone vertical, launching new boot styles that aren’t just for the office. The Chelsea features a sleek upper with elastic reinforcement that makes it easy to put on and take off, and the Amberjack sneaker-inspired sole makes it the ideal shoe for the airport or weekend wear.

The Boot is available in two styles: full-grain leather and nubuck. There are seven colors to choose from and sizes range from 7 to 15.

The Chelsea features an easy-on design (although we wish they added a heel tab). They’re available in sizes 7 to 15 and come in 11 stunning colors. The Chelsea is available in full-grain leather, Italian suede or nubuck.

The Boot is a traditional boot with a toe cap and lace-up, available in nubuck or leather and in a wide range of colors. The styles are simple, but there’s a lot under the hood – the uppers are made from full-grain leather with a sheepskin lining and the shoes are made in Portugal.

The soles feature heat-activated arch support, meaning they will be more comfortable to wear, adapting to your foot with minimal break-in time. A dual-density TPU outsole creates sneaker-like comfort. The sole and heel feature a grippy tread for stability in any scenario.

The boots are made from durable leather and the soles are comfortably padded without feeling squishy. Amberjack’s boots are not your typical hybrid boots, with a sleek upper placed on a flat sole. First and foremost, they’re boots, with high-heeled soles that borrow design elements from work boots, sneakers, and dress shoes. The heel is cut out for added cushioning, and the contoured shape provides comfort in all the right places. This means they maintain a professional appearance while compromising comfort.

Ultimately, what you get with Amberjack boots is comfort, style for work and the weekend, plus premium details like full-grain leather and Portuguese manufacturing.
