Mental health challenges are prevalent among celebrities due to the immense pressure, public scrutiny, and high expectations they face. Constant attention, criticism on social media and the need to maintain a public image can cause stress, anxiety and depression. The demanding nature of your job, long work hours, and frequent travel can also contribute to burnout and emotional exhaustion.
