He was caught with 2 loaded guns in Staten Island. Now 23-year-old man pays the price

STATEN ISLAND, NY – A 23-year-old man accused of possessing two loaded firearms pleaded guilty Oct. 10 to second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

As a result, Tivaughn Lewis-Payne, of 116th Avenue in Queens, will be sentenced to four years in prison and four years of post-release supervision, according to the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office.

Sentence will be handed down by Judge Alexander B. Jeong in state Supreme Court in St. George on Oct. 31, according to online court records.
