Police seek to identify suspects in Laurel's murder in 2023

Delaware State Police have released new photos of two suspects in the October 2023 murder of 18-year-old Kylee Robinson in Laurel.

Robinson, a Laurel High School student, died after being shot multiple times on his front porch on West 7th Street. A 15-year-old and a 13-year-old were also shot in the incident but survived.

Delaware State Police took over the investigation and found two unknown suspects approached and then fled the scene on foot, according to a news release.

Since then, there have been no arrests in the case.

“These images add to the video of the shooting that circulated shortly after the incident,” said Delaware State Police corporal. David Huynh said when asked why police waited a year to release the photos. State police have not released video of the incident.

Anyone with information about the identity of the suspect in the photo is asked to contact Detective M. Csapo at 302-741-2729 or send a Facebook message to Delaware State Police. Information may be provided anonymously via Delaware Crime Stoppers.
