“Trump once again trying to pay Stormy Daniels to remain silent,” reveals Rachel Maddow

In a surprising revelation, MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow reported that former President Donald Trump is once again trying to silence Stormy Daniels just weeks before an election, despite currently awaiting sentencing on 34 criminal charges related to hush money campaign payments. 2016.

During a breaking news segment Wednesday night, Maddow released the new details. “We just learned, we reported – 20 days before this election – we can report that he is once again trying to pay Stormy Daniels to keep quiet,” Maddow announced as part of her special report.

Expressing her shock at the news, Maddow said she was “a little confused and also a little shocked.” Trump was convicted earlier this year of making illegal payments to Daniels just 11 days before the 2016 election, which led to 34 criminal charges.

The new information emerged after Stormy Daniels made an appearance on Maddow’s show, “The Rachel Maddow Show.” Daniels launched a GoFundMe page that successfully raised enough money to cover hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees she owed in Trump-related cases.

Maddow explained that during Daniels’ negotiations to settle the remaining amount she owed Trump, her legal team tried to make another deal with her. “They want to make some kind of deal where they silence you,” Daniels’ lawyer is heard telling the adult film star in a video Daniels recorded.

Maddow further revealed: “In the midst of this negotiation over paying off their last legal settlement, Trump is trying to get another secret settlement with Stormy Daniels before this election. Trump’s lawyer basically offered to remove this from the financial results. They would pretend that Stormy Daniels owed Trump less money than they actually believed she owed if she also signed an agreement not to talk about Trump.”

Recalling the 2016 hush money incident, Maddow reminded viewers that Trump paid Daniels $130,000 in hush money just days before the election. “When he paid her $130,000 in hush money before the 2016 election, it turned into 34 criminal convictions for Trump because a jury concluded that he illegally laundered those payments through his company to cover them up,” she said.

According to Maddow’s report, recently discovered legal documents and a recorded phone call suggest that Trump’s team had plans to launder this latest secret payment by resolving a court judgment against Daniels. The revelation raises new questions as Trump faces legal battles leading into another critical election period.
