Woman shocks fans after revealing she played iconic Twilight character – so do you recognize her?

A woman has shocked even die-hard Twilight fans after revealing she played a major role in the iconic series.

Taylor Dianne Robinson played Renesmee, daughter of Bella Swan and Edward Cullen, when she was seven in Breaking Dawn: Part 2, taking to social media to share her experience.

She mentioned her IMBD credits which showed that the 2012 film – the fourth in the Twilight Saga starring Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson – was the role she is ‘best known’ for.

The actress and content creator also showed a photo of herself with the cast, noting that she is holding hands with Stewart in the photo.

“Yeah, maybe I showed Rami Malek’s face for about seven hours during filming because that’s one of Renesmee’s powers,” she added.

“And yes, I may have seen Robert Pattinson sleep,” she added.

“What are you going to do about it?” she joked.

Taylor appears to have taken a step back from acting and is now a Dungeon and Dragons content creator posting under the name ‘Taylor’s Tavern’.

Her YouTube bio describes herself as a singer, actress, and “dungeon master.”

Taylor wasn’t the only actress to play Renesmee, with actress Mackenzie Foy also playing the half-vampire child.

Followers couldn’t believe the epic reveal, taking to the comments section to share their thoughts.

‘I was very confused by the basic Google search – you’re not Mackensie Foy. I had to dig deeper to realize there were four different Renesmees at different ages – I guess it’s a young character who ages during the film? one user asked.

‘Okay, so she wasn’t the horrible CGI baby. Wonderful”, joked another.

Taylor assured viewers that she has IMBD credits and that the 2012 film - the fourth in the Twilight Saga - was the role she is 'best known' for.

‘So cool! I would brag about being a random extra in that movie and you were a complete character! Incredibly incredible! gushed another.

The 2008 film went viral last week after a deleted clip from the vampire film circulated on social media.

The clip from the film, starring Kristen Stewart as Bella Swan and Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen, shows Bella at home with him for the first time and gives a tour of where he lives.

The bedroom scene appears in the final cut of the film, which grossed $393.6 million worldwide, but there’s one part of the conversation between vampire Edward and schoolgirl Bella that wasn’t left out, and it’s clear to see why.

In a video shared on Instagram by user @corinnieeeee, who regularly dissects the Twilight franchise, she can be heard telling viewers: “I suppose we have to revisit what I consider to be the second scariest deleted scene from Twilight, the infamous scene of the fall of the chinchilla. Again, be warned this is extremely strange.

The extended version of the scene shows Bella inspecting Edward’s “cool” room and mentioning random items, including journals and his music collection, when she picks up a rain stick.

‘I used to do that. I had a chinchilla and my mother and I used to do this with the chinchilla’s feces and like paper towel rolls.’ Bella tells Edward awkwardly, before adding, “Maybe this is weird.”

Corinne then comes back into view and tells her followers: ‘My biggest takeaway from that scene has always been who ever said or did that and thought it would be a good thing to include in this film?

‘Because, again, that specific detail about the chinchilla droppings, it’s not something we can blame Stephanie Meyer for, it’s a Catherine Hardwicke original, which wasn’t even in the book!’ she adds, referring to the book’s author and then the film’s director.

‘So I just need to know why. Yeah, I think this one is a little easier to watch than the finger biting scene. This one is kind of funny, but what’s the look on his face after that? Like, why were you doing that?!
