2025 Porsche 911 GT3 revealed globally

The new Porsche 911 GT3 992.2 is offered starting at US$224,495

Porsche has revealed the latest iteration of its 911 GT3. The 2025 Porsche 992.2 911 GT3 has several updates to its exterior and interior. The new 911 GT3 also receives the optional Weissach package for the first time, while Porsche also offers the new model in slightly toned-down ‘Touring’ specification.

Starting with the exterior, the new 911 GT3 gets revised front and rear bumpers with exposed carbon fiber accents, a redesigned rear diffuser with central exhaust, a new engine cover and a top-mounted rear wing. The Weissach package adds a carbon fiber roof, stabilizer bars, end plates, carbon mirror caps, and optional lightweight magnesium wheels.

Inside, the 2025 Porsche 911 GT3 now gets a new digital instrument console, new carbon seats with removable headrests and optional rear seats in ‘Touring’ specification; among many other smaller updates.

Powering the 992.2 Porsche 911 GT3 is a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-6 engine that produces 502 hp, capped at 9,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox, with the 7-speed PDK automatic transmission being offered as an option. Porsche updated the engine with revised heads, reworked camshafts and new throttle bodies. The double wishbone suspension has also been tweaked on the new GT3.
