Gucci Cruise 2026 Show Venue Date Announcement

Gucci and Sabato De Sarno are already preparing for next spring. For the Italian luxury house’s upcoming Cruise 2026 show, Gucci and the creative director pay homage to the city of Florence. An ode to the city where the brand was founded in 1921, Gucci returns home to present its Cruise 2026 collection next spring.

Titled “Gucci Firenze,” the collection will mark De Sarno’s second cruise collection with the brand following his extravagant show at London’s Tate Modern last May. The show was attended by A-list guests such as Dua Lipa, Demi Moore, Paul Mescal and Kate and Lila Moss, cementing Gucci’s dominance in the world of celebrity fashion. Naming Florence as the venue for its destination show is in keeping with Gucci’s history. De Sarno’s predecessor, Alessandro Michele, also presented the Cruise 2018 exhibition in Florence, at the Palatina Gallery, in the Palazzo Pitti.

At this time, the brand has not yet revealed the exact location. It has corporate offices in Casellina, a 30-minute drive from Florence. In 2018, it opened its leather goods and footwear industrial complex in Scandicci, which gave way to its modern Gucci ArtLab. Gucci also has its own global digital customer service center located in Tuscany. In Florence, Guccio Gucci opened his first leather goods store of the same name on Florence’s famous Via della Vigna Nuova in 1921. In a statement, Gucci said the city of Florence “embodies Italian craftsmanship and visionary creativity , while reaffirming the contemporary style (by De Sarno). vision, deeply rooted in the brand’s heritage and lasting influence.” The famous Gucci boutique on Via de’ Tornabuoni opened in 1967 and now has stores all over the world.
