Leading to the next Evil film, there were all kinds of collaborations. There were the pink and green Stanley cups released at Target, and now there are two Wicked-inspired drinks at Starbucks. Starting Tuesday, October 22, Starbucks nationwide will serve two beverages in partnership with Universal Pictures: Glinda’s Pink Potion and Elphaba’s cold beer. And I got to try them before they hit menus.

When creating the recipe Gilda’s Pink PotionNatalia Vasquez, beverage developer at Starbucks, said they were inspired by Gilda’s bright character and association with the color pink. It’s sweet and refreshing, with minimal caffeine, so if you don’t like coffee, you’ll probably still like it.

It’s a Mango Dragonfruit Starbucks Refresher with freeze-dried dragonfruit chunks and coconut milk. It’s topped with non-dairy strawberry cold foam and sweet sprinkles. To get a taste of the cold foam along with the drink, I recommend giving up the straw. Between the pieces of dragon fruit and the cold strawberry foam, it really makes a strawberry milkshake. That’s it sweetso if you want something more coffeey, try Elphaba’s Cold Brew.

Although it does not contain chocolate, Elphaba’s cold beer It tastes like mint from the Andes. The cold brew is sweetened with peppermint syrup and topped with non-dairy matcha cold foam and sweet sprinkles. And just like Glinda’s Pink Potion, I recommend drinking it without a straw. Matcha cold foam is truly delicious.
