Klarna Bank AB announces changes to its Board of Directors

On October 24, Klarna Bank AB shareholders approved the resolution to remove Mikael Walther from the Board of Directors.

This was a direct consequence of the Klarna Group PLC General Meeting. Klarna Group PLC press release cited below:

“Klarna Group PLC Shareholders Vote for Change to Board of Directors and Company Articles of Association

Klarna Group PLC shareholders have approved the ordinary resolution to remove Mikael Walther from the Board of Directors.

Shareholders approved the special resolution to amend the Articles of Association of Klarna Group PLC. Align statutes with the governance standards of UK-listed companies such as the London Stock Exchange, AstraZeneca, HSBC and Unilever.

Both resolutions were approved by an 87% majority.
