Prescription for physiotherapy, saving a fawn, changing car insurance – what changes in November

“According to calculations by fawn rescuers, up to 20,000 fawns were saved with the help of drones in the spring week alone,” explains the Federal Ministry of Transport on its homepage. However, the exemption was limited until November 19th. It will now be extended indefinitely. This should also make it possible to save wild animals that can only be seen by drone after accidents.

In this area, the generally applicable minimum drone distance of 150 meters from residential, commercial, industrial or recreational areas may be deviated from. “However, the minimum distance according to the 1:1 rule still applies. This means that the minimum distance can be reduced to ten meters if you fly appropriately low,” says the Federal Ministry of Transport.
