D.C. officials continue to investigate a fire involving four scooters in a southeast neighborhood.

DC Fire and EMS responded to the area of ​​5030 B Street Southeast around 1:16 a.m. on Thursday, October 24. Upon arrival, police found a fire involving four scooters.

Officials say a citizen used a fire extinguisher before arriving. Fire investigators were called to the scene and determined the fire had been deliberately set. A soda bottle was found at the scene that appeared to be filled with burnt material. The entire incident was captured on surveillance footage.
