Iran and Iraq then suspended all flights until further notice on Saturday Israel announced it was going to carry out attacks against Iranian military targets early Saturday.

“Flights on all routes have been canceled until further notice,” the Civil Aviation Organization spokesman said, according to Iran’s official news agency IRNA.

Iraq’s Transport Ministry also suspended flights at all airports until further notice “due to regional tensions,” Iraq’s state news agency INA reported.
