A Virginia woman stole a car and evaded a traffic stop before crashing the vehicle and was hit with 11 charges.

This woman made some of the worst decisions imaginable.

There are several reasons why drivers may be subject to a traffic stop. However, this sometimes happens for much more extreme reasons than many think. This is the case with a recent story of a woman who commits car theft and then leads Police officers on a wild chase. This is what led to her receiving eleven charges.

This woman committed car theft and then evaded a police traffic stop

Walking from one traffic stopping after committing car theft has to be the worst combination of ideas. Unfortunately, so WRICthis is exactly what happened on October 24 in Virginia. Police say 37-year-old Francesca Quesada attacked an unnamed victim in their home that evening and then took the car and the keys. This happened around 8:15 p.m

Two hours passed and police officers noticed the stolen vehicle with Francesca behind the wheel. Naturally, they tried to make a traffic stop, but she fled the area. This caused a police chase that extended to the highway and ended in Richmond, Virginia. Unfortunately, Francesca crashed the stolen vehicle before being apprehended by the police.

Of course, Francesca Quesada is facing several charges after stealing the vehicle and evading a traffic stop. She has eleven in total. However, police officers also discovered that she was wanted from three separate cities in Virginia on separate charges. Her charges for her most recent crime are below.

  • Assault and battery
  • Robbery
  • Destruction of property
  • Grand theft of a motor vehicle
  • Hit and run
  • Reckless driving
  • Carjacking
  • Failure to comply with orders from law enforcement agencies
  • Obstruction of justice
  • Two counts of assault on law enforcement officers
