The ancient one Dallas Cowboys vs San Francisco 49ers The rivalry takes center stage on Sunday evening.

The running back was not listed on the Cowboys injury report all week. According to multiple reports, Dowdle began feeling ill after arriving at Levi’s Stadium earlier Sunday evening match. After the Cowboys’ medical staff evaluated the starting running back, the team ruled him out for the prime-time matchup with the 49ers.

George Kittle, who Shanahan announced was on “day-to-day duty” on Monday, will also be on duty Sunday evening. The All-Pro tight end was dealing with a sprained foot that also limited him in practice this week.
