A new one Chris Brown The documentary features a woman who accused the singer of rape as she tells her story of allegedly being sexually assaulted by Brown Diddy‘s yacht in 2020.

Jane Doe speaks out in new documentary

The new documentary on Sunday (October 27). Chris Brown: A History of Violence premiered on Investigation Discovery. The new documentary highlights the singer’s past legal troubles, particularly his lawsuit Rihanna attacked in 2009– and delve into more accusations. In one section, a woman named Jane Doe, who had previously sued the singer, says she was allegedly raped by Brown at a party on Star Island on Diddy’s yacht.

The woman, who sued Brown in 2022, claims she ran into Brown at the party and they struck up a conversation about her ambitious dance career. After consuming several drinks Brown gave her, she claims she became drowsy.

“I remember laying back and thinking, ‘Why can’t I get up?'” she said The Hollywood Reporter. “The next thing I know he was on top of me and I couldn’t move and I said ‘no’ and then I felt him…The next thing I knew he was inside me.”

Jane Doe has not accused Diddy of any wrongdoing.

XXL has reached out to Chris Brown and Diddy’s reps for comment.

Jane Doe initially sued Chris Brown in January 2022. In the lawsuit, Doe claims Brown ejaculated inside her during the incident and called her the next day and demanded she Plan B contraceptive.

Brown responded to the allegation on Instagram: “Hope y’all see this (cap) pattern,” he wrote on his Instagram Story. “Every time I release music or projects, ‘THEY’ try to say real nonsense.”

In March 2022, Doe’s attorney, Ariel E. Mitchell, reportedly removed himself from the case after it was reported that Miami police recovered texts from Doe’s phone in which she called the singer “babe” and sent him a “Missing u” text message a day after the alleged rape. However, Mitchell confirmed this THR that she is back on the case.
