Fox News Channel will also debut new immersive graphics technology as part of its special coverage of the 2024 elections next Tuesday.

As part of FNC’s renovation of the premiere Studio M earlier this year, the viewer experience was enhanced with innovations such as augmented reality technology for host Bill Hemmer’s ‘Bill’ board, which allows him to drill into election data in real time, recently developed virtual set technology and new touchscreen applications for the FOX News Voter Analysis.

FNC’s new multimedia presentation concepts will enhance the viewer’s election experience and include a “Path to 270” map, which shows the potential line from the presidential candidates to the critical electoral votes needed through dynamic 3D interaction. Newscasters can present different scenarios by moving virtual objects that represent the electoral votes on the way to the presidency. The network has also developed a “Top 5 Closest Races” tool that provides a snapshot of the races that are too close to call.
