Sean “Diddy” Combs indicted on allegations he sexually assaulted 10- and 17-year-old males

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new drug and sexual assault charges against minors.

On Monday, October 28, two men sued Combs, 54, in New York County Superior Court, alleging that he drugged and sexually abused them when they were 10 and 17 years old. They both filed under the identity of John Doe, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.

Names of Combs, Daddy’s House Recordings Inc., Combs Global and Combs’ Bad boy Companies, a plaintiff alleged in his complaint that he met Combs at an “audition” in 2005, when he was just 10 years old. His parents fled him Los Angeles to New York City for meetings and introductions “with numerous people within the music industry,” including a conversation with Combs.

The filing claims Combs wanted to meet the then 10-year-old in his hotel room and the child was dropped off by a counselor his parents hired. Once there, he claims Combs said he could “make him a star” and asked him how “badly he wanted it.” He claims someone else in the hotel room gave him soda and he started feeling “a little weird” after drinking it.

He claims that Combs or someone on Combs’ staff swallowed the drink with medications such as GHB and/or ecstasy. The report includes a photo of the container in which the drink was allegedly laced.

The accuser claims Combs forced him to perform oral sex and threatened to harm his parents if he told anyone. He also claims he “lost consciousness” and when he woke up crying, “his anus and buttocks were very sore” and his “pants were undone”. He adds that he told his parents, but they were “terrified of the possible consequences of reporting the abuse.”

In a second complaint, Diddy is accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old man around 2008.

The attack is said to have occurred while the teenager was auditioning for the MTV reality series Making the tapewhere aspiring musicians compete for a spot in a music group led by the founder of the Bad Boy label.

The suit accuses Diddy of masturbating himself while groping the teen during a private one-on-one interview on the first day of auditions. The complaint alleges that Diddy forced him to perform oral sex on him and his bodyguard on the second day of the auditions. Following the alleged attack, Diddy reportedly told the teen he would “keep an eye on him” after sensing discomfort over what had happened. The teenager was eventually eliminated from the competition.

The complaint also alleges that the teen was “unable to return to the music industry for seven years” after the attack.

The plaintiffs, who are both represented by the Buzbee law firm, are seeking compensatory and punitive damages to be determined at trial.

“Both were trying to break into the music business and it was promised that Combs would be able to help them,” chief counsel Tony Buzbee said in a statement. “One alleged victim was ten at the time of the alleged incident, the other was seventeen. We will let the allegations in the complaints filed speak for themselves and ensure that justice is done. We will continue to name things every week. Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the files.”

“The attorney behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is evident by his continued appearances in the press and his 1-800 number,” Diddy’s attorneys said in a statement to PEOPLE. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are ridiculous or demonstrably untrue on their face. Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts and the integrity of the legal process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually abused or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”

The claims are the latest in Combs’ ongoing legal troubles. The disgraced music mogul spoke on September 16 was arrested in Manhattan and charged with sex trafficking, extortion and transportation to engage in prostitution.

That’s him is held in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, awaiting trial. Are the trial is expected to begin on May 5, 2025.
