Megan Thee Stallion admits to CBS that she lied about Tory Lanez

Megan Thee Stallion comes clean about lying to Gayle King when asked if she had sexual relations with Tory Lanez before he shot her.

As fans remember, Megan sat down with King for “CBS Mornings” in 2022 to discuss the 2020 Lanez shooting that left her injured. Megan denied at the time that she was having an amorous affair with the prolific hitmaker and producer.

Today however, Megan turns her story around. Her documentary for Amazon mentions Prime Megan Thee Stallion: In her words, the “Savage” rapper is transparent. She admits in the documentary — which airs Oct. 31 — that she was untruthful to King because the longtime newscaster ambushed her with that invasive question about her sex life.

Megan Thee Stallion gets emotional when she tells the truth

“Yeah, b—-, I lied to Gayle King, b—-,” Megan said in the documentary. “First of all, I don’t know that b… would even ask me about that…, b…-. I thought we were going to talk about the shooting.”

Megan Thee Stallion is still annoyed about Gayle King

Megan continued to rage about that interview in her highly anticipated documentary, adding that she was perplexed as to how their private love lives were relevant to being shot dead.

“Why are you asking me about f… Tory? That’s not what this is about. Even if I was, I would have seen the n– once. Maybe twice, on a drunken night. But she kept pulling me out of my thoughts.

Lanez was convicted in a Los Angeles County court of firing the shots that injured Megan’s feet. Lanez – whose real name is Daystar Peterson – was sentenced to 10 years in prison and will be deported to his Canadian home country after his prison sentence ends.
