Moment when police tackle a teen accused of a deadly Halloween shooting

Video has captured the moment a police officer tackled a teenager accused of a fatal shooting in Orlando, Florida.

Two people were killed and six others were injured in the shooting, which took place on a busy street as people celebrated Halloween.

Police said they were responding to initial reports of shots fired when officers witnessed a second shooting at close range a few minutes later.

A 17-year-old man has been arrested.

The condition of the injured was stable, authorities said.
