The City of Salisbury announces free on-street parking downtown

SALISBURY, Md. – The City of Salisbury has announced a new free on-street parking model for the downtown area.

From November 4, on-street parking will be free in any of the more than 250 parking spaces in central Salisbury. This is part of an effort to improve accessibility for business owners in the area.

We were told there will be a 2 hour limit to ensure there are enough spaces throughout the day. As a result, parking columns in the area are removed or covered.

Parking remains free after 4pm and all day on weekends and public holidays.
