1 dead in scooter crash in SE Portland

PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – One man was killed in a scooter crash in southeast Portland early Friday morning, the Portland Police Bureau said.

Around 3 a.m., PPB was called to Southeast 72nd Avenue and Southeast Ogden Street. When officers arrived on the scene, they found that the rider of the scooter had died in the accident.

Police are looking for a suspect or suspects after one person was shot and two others were injured at the Vancouver Mall Thursday evening.

According to police, the scooter was the only car involved in the accident.
