Few horror-schlock masters can evoke the Kentucky massacre.

Too exaggerated. Too unbelievable for sensible people to think about it.

But here we are.

Police say Trudy Fields died late on October 8 or early the next morning and it was gruesome.

On October 11, maintenance workers in Robertson County, Kentucky, northeast of Lexington, arrived at a rural home to “work on a building for the property owner.”

The men knocked, but there was no response from the front door, so they tried from the back.

There they discovered a macabre scene: a pile of hair, a bloody mattress and telltale drag marks. It would get worse.

Investigators say they discovered meat cooking in a steel pot.

The path led to human remains hidden behind the house. Police arrived and discovered dismembered remains that they determined were those of Trudy Fields.

Detectives discovered blood everywhere, from the mattress to the soaked porch. Further in the garden they found a stick with bloodstains and another soaked, bloody mattress.

The workers told police they had been at the house the day before and that Fields was still on very solid ground. But something strange was going on.

Her daughter “cast spells on them and was confrontational.”

She appeared in a 2019 clunker called Dance story and not much else.

“The only thing I remember when I think about her is that I think about happiness. I think of laughing; I think of positivity; I think about strength,” director Andoni Zorbas told WOWKTV.

“Because she was very tough and was every director’s dream to work with on set, because there were absolutely no complaints from her.”

The pair played star-crossed lovers in the straight-to-video weeper.

He added: “She loves her mother. These are the things we talked about: She has a very good relationship with her mother. Because, you know, I love my mother. And I mean, it’s clear that she loved her mother. I mean, which is a strange thing to say now.”

Like thousands of starry-eyed children who wanted to be stars in sun-drenched California, Fields hoped to see her name in the light. Her family told local media that her dreams were derailed when she suffered a brain injury in a motorcycle accident.

She returned to Kentucky in August and her mother cared for her.

“(Fields) was, I think, wandering around Cali. Didn’t know her name. I didn’t know where she belonged. I think people down there were trying to get her help but couldn’t, so that’s when Trudy (her mother) stepped in to help,” niece Olivia Brock.

Now, Torilena Fields’ sister claims it was their older brother who manipulated the former actress into murder.

“My mother was slaughtered by my sister on his advice,” Telby Fields wrote in a request for an emergency protective order. “He threatened(threatened) my life, my mother’s, my sister’s, the whole family. He called me (and) threatened to kill me to claim his ‘birthright’ as firstborn.”

On the fringes of an already bizarre investigation, reports emerge that Torilena was deeply involved in the occult.

The police have remained tight-lipped.

Torilena Fields is charged with murder, obstructing government operations, tampering with physical evidence, torturing a dog to death and abuse of a corpse, according to a Robertson County indictment.

Torilena’s sister seems to believe that their brother took advantage of her brain injury to further the unspeakable.

“As I write this, he is on his way to kill me and take everything he thinks is his,” the petition continues. ‘Please give me this order. Without it, I’m next. Please help me save not only my life, but countless future victims.”

The petition claims, among other things, that the siblings were abused for years, suggesting that their brother killed someone in California.

She added: “When my body was found… (my brother) killed me.”

The order was granted.

The police are mum about any involvement the brooding brother may or may not have had in their mother’s massacre.

In Hollywood, Torilena Fields used the stage names Naomi Navarre and Nao Navarre. She gathered 154,000 followers on social media.

But as the great noir novelist James Ellroy once said to me about LA, “People come to Los Angeles to be someone else and if you have that little bit of self-esteem, terrible things will happen.”

Stardom came in the form of two small films.

“I just can’t digest it. I mean, I don’t know. I expect many things to happen in life, but this is the only thing I could ever expect,” Zorbas said.

‘Something had to happen before she had anything in her mind to do something like that. It is beyond comprehension.”
