Bailey Breen announces commitment to the University of Maine

(WABI) – Bailey Breen has announced her college commitment and is coming back home.

Breen, who is originally from South Thomaston, won two state championships with the Oceanside Mariners before transferring to Montverde Academy in Florida.

The announcement comes just days after Maine native Ace Flagg, who transferred to Montverde Academy, announced his intention to play for the Black Bears.

Breen is gearing up for her senior season at Montverde Academy and is expected to play with the Black Bears in the 25-26 season.
