North Korea receives cash, food and space technology from Russia in exchange for soldiers, South Korean lawmaker says

North Korea is believed to be receiving cash, food and space technology from Russia as compensation for its entry into the war, the Korea Herald newspaper reported on November 3, citing a lawmaker familiar with the matter.
