I-45 North Freeway closed at West Road due to a fatal crash

HOUSTON – One person was killed Monday morning in a crash involving a pedestrian on the I-45 North Freeway.

All northbound lanes of the highway are closed at West Road.

The Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office said their deputies responded to a fatal car-pedestrian crash at the location.

The crash is under investigation. Drivers must find an alternative route.
