PN MP referred to parliamentary committee for ‘racist speech’

PARLIAMENT | Chong Zhemin (Harapan-Kampar) tabled a motion to refer Wan Razali Wan Nor (PN-Kuantan) to the Parliamentary Committee on Rights and Freedoms for alleged racist statements and misleading Dewan Rakyat.

Chong said the submission was submitted to the Dewan Rakyat Speaker’s office following Wan Razali’s statement on the recent incident in Teluk Intan where the Chinese national flag was hoisted during a procession.
