Kamala Harris, Lady Gaga and Oprah meet in Philly: where they will be

Vice President Kamala Harris will attend rallies in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh on Monday evening as part of her latest campaign campaign.

Celebrities including Oprah Winfrey, DJ Jazzy Jeff and Fat Joe will join Harris on the steps of the Art Museum of Philadelphia for the free event in the city, which starts from 5 to 10 p.m. Harris is not expected to address the crowd until about 11 p.m

The Vote for Freedom Rally will feature musical performances from Lady Gaga, Ricky Martin, The Roots and more at 2600 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, also known as the Rocky Steps.

Anyone who knocked on doors or did phone banking last week was offered VIP seats at the Election Day shows, the campaign wrote in a press advisory.

The Harris-Walz campaign will livestream both events, in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, to create a single show with events in seven swing states, the press advisory said. The swing states, including Pennsylvania, are crucial to securing the 270 electoral votes needed to win the White House.

Trump is holding his own rally in Pittsburgh tonight and is in Reading this afternoon. He was in Lancaster County on Sunday.

PA battlefield to the end: Where are Harris and Trump in PA ahead of Election Day? And where will Vance be in Bucks?

Pennsylvania is widely considered a critical swing state that could help determine the outcome of the general election. In the last two presidential elections, the winner of the 19 electoral college votes was in Pennsylvania decided by less than 1.5%.

With those votes, Harris and Trump, and their surrogates, have reached the Commonwealth within 24 hours until the polls open. About 1.7 million voters in Pennsylvania have already turned in their mail-in ballots, including 124,143 voters (as of Monday morning) in Bucks County, a key district that is virtually divided in terms of voter registration. In Bucks County, about 151,487 mail-in ballots were requested, officials said.

Second Gen. Doug Emhoff will join Harris in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, the campaign said.

The Pittsburgh rally will include musical performances by D-Nice, Katy Perry and Andra Day.
