Tragic incident: 9-year-old girl dies by suicide after Carrom game dispute with Twin |

Raipur: A nine-year-old girl, angry over a minor dispute while playing carrom with her siblings, including her twin brother, died by suicide in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh on Saturday.
The victim was one of twelve children and lived in Khamharia, on the outskirts of the city. Four of them were playing carrom when they got into an argument over the game. Her twin sister and a brother asked her to leave the game and asked another sibling to take her place. ‘
Angry about this, she went to her parents crying. They didn’t pay much attention to it because they didn’t think it was serious enough to intervene, police say. She ran away angrily and locked herself in her room.
When she didn’t come out for a long time, the relatives knocked repeatedly and then broke down the door and found her hanging. She was taken to hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead.
