Jacksonville police say emergency services were called to the restaurant on October 31, 2024 at approximately 9 p.m. When they arrived, first responders discovered that wall-mounted rolls of toilet paper in both bathrooms had been ignited and the fire had spread to the walls.

Charity Moore, 49, who was the Jack’s assistant manager at the time, was arrested on November 1, 2024. Moore is being held in the Calhoun County Jail on a $60,000 bond.
