Accused Saskatoon voyeur Kyle Hameluck has pleaded not guilty to more than 35 charges

A Saskatoon man with a history of prowling neighborhoods and taking intimate photos of unsuspecting women has pleaded not guilty to new charges of voyeurism.

Kyle Hameluck appeared by video in provincial court this morning.

He pleaded not guilty to more than 35 counts of intimidation, criminal intimidation and voyeurism.

The 35-year-old elected trial by a judge alone at Court of King’s Bench. No date has yet been set for the preliminary hearing.

Hameluck, 35, is in custody as he awaits court appearances on charges of intimidation, criminal intimidation and voyeurism, charges related to incidents from January, February and March this year. He was denied bail at a hearing earlier this month.

In 2020, he pleaded guilty to 38 counts of voyeurism involving 25 victims. These offenses were committed while he was on probation in 2017 for voyeurism and indecent assault.
