Attendees were unable to reveal details about the event

What happened at Diddy’s so-called “freak off” parties would stay at the “freak off.” People who attended the once secret parties were given a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to sign prevented them from speaking about activities that took place at the infamous events.

According to TMZthe confidentiality agreement in force for the life of the signer plus 20 years after death or a total of 70 years, whichever is longer. Guests were not allowed to share details regarding Diddy, his family members, current or former partners, spouses, or friends of business associates unless given express permission. No recording at the parties, including photos, video or audio, was allowed. The activities could not be revealed on social media, during audio and video interviews, or written about in books, newspapers or other platforms.

There is much speculation about who attended these parties and why no one has spoken out about the so-called ‘freak offs’. The NDAs could be the reason why everyone who may have left is silent.

The former Bad Boy Entertainment executive is currently in jail after being arrested on federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty and the trial is tentatively scheduled to begin in May 2025.

He was arrested in Manhattan on September 16, after months of speculation after several people filed lawsuits against him over the past year. The plethora of legal paperwork filed against the entertainment mogul started in November 2023 after his former girlfriend and artist Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura filed an explosive lawsuit accusing him of harassing acts against her, including sexual abuse, physical abuse and sex trafficking. Less than 24 hours after she filed papers was the trial organized.

CNN reported that additional lawsuits against Diddy were filed anonymously by two men, one who claimed to be 10 years old when the alleged assaults occurred. The victim auditioned for the mogul. The controversial director has denied both the latest and previous allegations. The most recent lawsuit brings the total to 27 cases.
