OVI: Detroit Avenue

An officer arrested a man for operating a vehicle while intoxicated at 3:26 a.m. on Nov. 2 after receiving a report of someone passed out in the Taco Bell driveway.

OVI: W. 117th Street

A police officer arrested a man at 3:30 a.m. on Oct. 28 for operating a vehicle under the influence on W. 117th Street at Franklin Avenue.

Criminal damage: Reveley Avenue

A caller at 10:19 a.m. reported that someone had broken the rear window of his car.

Theft: Detroit Avenue

A Walgreens employee called police at 2:20 p.m. on October 30 to report that a man had left with a bag full of items, including body wash and deodorant. An officer arrested a man for theft, according to a police incident report.

Disorderly Conduct: Detroit Avenue

A man was cited for disorderly conduct while intoxicated and sent on his way after being accused of urinating on the back door of the Lakewood Public Library on Detroit Avenue at Mars Avenue.

Theft: Detroit Avenue

A caller at 4 p.m. on October 31 reported that the Marc’s store on Detroit Avenue at Cook Avenue on Cook Avenue had a suspected shoplifter in their office. The suspect was arrested for theft and criminal tools, according to a police report.

Criminal damage: Detroit Avenue

A caller called police at 9:45 p.m. to report witnessing the tires of a parked car being slashed in Detroit near Summit Avenue.

Grand theft vehicle: Richland Avenue

On November 1 at 3:38 a.m., a vehicle was reported stolen.
