DC police are looking for suspects in shoplifting and assault on K Street

WASHINGTON, DC – Police are looking for three suspects involved in a shoplifting and assault that occurred last week in Northwest Washington and are asking for the public’s help in identifying them.

On Monday, November 4, at approximately 6:17 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of K Street NW after receiving a report of theft and assault at a store. According to police, three suspects entered the store, stole merchandise and then assaulted three people as they fled the scene. The victims refused medical treatment at the scene.

Surveillance cameras captured images of two of the suspects, which police released in hopes of identifying those involved.

Anyone with information about the suspects or details about the incident is urged to contact the Metropolitan Police Department by calling (202) 727-9099 or by texting tips to the department’s TEXT TIP LINE at 50411 .A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information. that leads to an arrest and indictment in this case.
