Suspect accused of threatening a worker with a kitchen knife after robbing Antioch Dollar General

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Metro Nashville police are looking for two suspects they say robbed a Dollar General and later threatened a worker with a kitchen knife.

Police released photos of the duo who allegedly stole hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise from Dollar General on Murfreesboro Pike in late October.

A man and a woman allegedly entered the store around 6 p.m. on October 27 and began shoplifting. Police said as they were leaving, the sensor went off and a female employee tried to stop them.

The suspicious woman reportedly pulled out a kitchen knife and pointed it at the worker. The duo fled the scene in a silver Honda SUV.

“Anyone who recognizes them is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463,” MNPD said.
