Kenya Moore Finally Admits to Sex Poster Scandal That Led to ‘RHOA’ Suspension

Kenya Moore finally admitted she was responsible for the explicit poster scandal that got her suspended from “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” earlier this year.

“In hindsight it’s always 50/50. If I could do it all over again, I think the pictures were very distasteful, and I took the situation to the next level,” she said said on “Tamron Hall” during Thursday’s episode.

“I have taken situations to the next level before and I have taken full responsibility for the things I have done,” she continued. ‘I’m sorry for what I did. I didn’t have to go that far.”

Moore, 53, shocked guests at the grand opening of her Kenya Moore Hair Spa in June when posters of series newcomer appeared Brittany Eady allegedly performed oral sex were displayed at the event.

She immediately denied any involvement in the shocking incident.

“Believe nothing of what you hear and half of what you see,” she then wrote cryptically on her Instagram Story. “The truth always comes out.”

About a week later, Page Six announced the news Bravo had her suspended from “RHOA” indefinitely.

During her Tamron Hall appearance on Thursday, Moore insisted she was “never fired” from the reality show and claimed the “headlines that spread around the world” were false.

“I’m still under contract and I’m still an employee of the network,” she said, claiming she “still” receives checks from Bravo.

She also claimed that the network told her that there was “never an investigation into revenge porn.”

In a statement to Page Six on Thursday, Bravo said: “We take all allegations of violations of our policies seriously, have reviewed the matter and are taking appropriate action.”

The former Miss USA winner then explained on “Tamron Hall” why she showed Eady’s raunchy posters at her June event.

“Some new girls show up, and … they’re trying to make a name for themselves, especially if they don’t really show up,” Moore said.

“But if you go too far, and that’s what happened – we had a film shoot (event) and things took a very dark turn towards me. There was a young lady who was new and she was just poking the bear. “

“And everyone knows the saying I made up: ‘Don’t come for me unless I send for you.’ That simply means: I mind my business. I don’t start anything; I respond,” she continued.

Moore further claimed that she felt “threatened” during a shouting match with Eady – although she did not name her – which is why she was upset at first.

She claimed she told producers she was “worried” and “scared” about the situation, but nothing was reportedly done about it. That’s why she took matters into her own hands.

Moore claimed she found “many” sexually charged images of Eady online, but “only showed one.”

Moore also said she decided to perform the stunt after feeling “threatened” during a heated fight with a new cast member, whom she did not mention by name. AB+DM/Bravo

“I’ve never had a child and I’ve been in a situation like this before,” she said, fighting back tears.

“So that’s why I escalated it to the point where I was not only protecting myself but also protecting my child.”

Moor welcomed her daughterBrooklyn Doris Daly, in 2018 with her then-husband, Marc Daly.
