Nuna TRVL LX Travel Stroller Review

Nuna TRVL LX Travel Stroller Review

Right now, when I’m not testing other strollers for work I’ll probably use the Trvl LX. The only exception is when I’m running errands where I use either one Nuna Swiv (which, thanks to its namesake 360 swivel motion, is great for tight aisles in small stores) or my Uppababy Cruz, which has such a fantastic basket that I could probably fit my medium-sized German Shepherd mix, Gordo, in it if he would allow that.

The only imperfection on the Nuna Trvl LX is the canopy. While it’s sizable (the coverage is comparable to any full-size stroller I’ve tried), it rests against the handlebars when folded. Especially in the middle of summer, it is unpleasant to feel the rough fabric of the canopy against my knuckles. The peek-a-boo flap lacks a magnet or other closure method, so it often doesn’t stay open when we’re on the go. These are minor gripes that I hope Nuna will address in later versions of the Trvl LX.
