Lucedale man arrested, charged with distribution of child pornography

LUCEDALE, Miss. (WLOX) – On Friday, officials with the George County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of 38-year-old Justin Johnson of Lucedale.

Johnson is currently charged with one count of distribution of child pornography. The charges come after his home was raided by officials from the GCSO and the Mississippi Attorney General’s office.

“We remain committed to supporting this ongoing investigation and ensuring justice is served,” said Sheriff Mitchell Mixon.

The investigation is led by the Public Prosecution Service.
