BENGALURU: A video of a woman abusing and arguing with an autorickshaw driver, who questioned her for booking two cars at a time through her app and canceling one, has gone viral on social media. The incident is said to have taken place on the main road of Sarjapura.

The Bengaluru City Police has asked the person who uploaded the video to share more details including the contact number of the car driver. Netizens has taken action against the woman, stating that passengers often book two vehicles for their comfort and cancel one later. This causes loss to the other driver, who burned fuel to reach the passenger.
The car driver confronted a female passenger about her alleged practice of booking rides simultaneously on multiple apps and then canceling them after the drivers arrived. He approached her while she was already in another auto-rickshaw to question her behaviour.
The driver, Pavan Kumar, posted about the incident and tagged the Bengaluru City Police and other authorities. He claimed that the woman had booked his car through Ola but then canceled it to opt for one Quick drive instead.
Kumar expressed his displeasure at being made to wait and questioned her treatment of motorists.
However, the woman claimed that she only booked one car after comparing rates from different requests. She adamantly denied that she had booked an Ola ride and clarified that she had only checked the prices at the platform.
