Deepdale Road is reopening after a person was taken to hospital after being rescued from under a vehicle

Three crew members from Preston and Penwortham, supported by a city search and rescue team, rescued ‘one victim’ who had been ‘extricated from under a vehicle’. The person was taken to hospital, the extent of his injuries is not yet known.

BlogPreston understands a bus and a pedestrian were involved in the collision near the Preston Bus depot on Deepdale Road.

The road reopened on Tuesday evening at 10 p.m.
