Model Jenn An is suing Kanye West over an alleged incident including assault and strangulation.

According to An, a former contestant on America’s Next Top Model, the event took place during a music video shoot for La Roux’s “In for the Kill” in September 2010 at the Chelsea Hotel in New York City.

An claims that Kanye West specifically picked her to be one of the female background actors and models, reportedly saying, “Give me the Asian girl.” According to her, when West expressed concern about the revealing nature of her outfit, she responded, “That’s why I chose you.” According to The Wrap, the legal documentation states that she was currently wearing lingerie.

The lawsuit obtained by The cover claims that West rejected the other background actors and models and then “began filming the assault.”

An accuses West of choking her with both hands before shoving several fingers down her throat. She claims he moved his fingers back and forth repeatedly, causing her to gag, which she said lasted for more than a minute, to simulate forced oral sex. During that moment, Ye would say, “This is art. This is fucking art. I’m like Picasso.”

An’s lawsuit also names Interscope and Universal Music Group. An is seeking “damages for mental, emotional and physical injury, fear, pain and suffering and damage to reputation” and attorneys’ fees.
