Man accused of being a ‘peeping Tom’ is due to stand trial on Valentine’s Day

63-year-old denies charge of provoking behavior

A Douglas man will stand trial on Valentine’s Day next year after denying being a ‘voyeur’.

Vincent Lynch, of Head Road, has previously pleaded not guilty to a charge of provocative behaviour.

The 63-year-old is suspected of it peered through his neighbor’s kitchen windowon September 8, after she got out of the shower.

His bail has been extended until February 14 next year.
