She even gives him a worthy answer and asks him not to shout but to reveal the truth in front of everyone. she won’t keep her mouth shut because everyone will blame her in the end when the truth comes out.

She questions him and asks him to tell the truth as she will not take responsibility for lies. She leaves everyone shocked by asking Anirudh why he does so many things he does for Arshi and asks him “Who am I to you?”
