Russian agents who plotted Zelensky’s assassination arrested, says Ukraine’s State Security Service (SBU)

Ukraine’s State Security Service (SBU) said it had arrested Russian agents within Ukraine’s State Guard planning the assassination of the president and other top government officials.

“Counterintelligence and SBU investigators thwarted plans of the FSB (Russian security service) to eliminate the Ukrainian president and other representatives of the highest military and political leadership,” the SBU said on Telegram.
