Meanwhile, Shakib is not happy with Bangladesh’s preparation for the 2024 T20 World Cup. “In the last World Cup, we performed reasonably well and although we didn’t do very well, no one will say we did badly if that is our benchmark, we have a chance to surpass it in this World Cup and if we want to do that we have to win three matches in the first round,” Shakib told reporters at.
