Trustpilot finalizes share buyback and plan cancellation

Trustpilot Group Plc (GB:TRST) posted an update.

Trustpilot Group plc carried out a share buyback on 3 May 2024, purchasing 53,658 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from GBp 197.80 to GBp 202.00 per share, with an average price of GBp 200.81 . Following the buyback, which is part of a program announced earlier in January 2024, the company plans to cancel the acquired shares.
