Domino Printing Sciences (Domino) announced that it has won first place in the Future Ready Leadership category of the globally recognized Change Awards for its robust and sustainable approach to change management across its business.

In late April 2024, the Change Awards judges announced Domino as one of the winners of the program which recognizes the best examples of change and innovation leadership across different sectors. Domino’s Change Management Framework, a comprehensive training program for management teams and employees, was integral to the company’s winning the top prize in the Future Ready Leadership category.

Domino’s application demonstrated the tangible results achieved by its change management framework, not only in terms of financial performance, but also overall customer experience. Additionally, Domino’s submission also highlighted its annual change management maturity audit, conducted in collaboration with its leadership team, which ensures integration, consistency and measurement of change management across all functions commercial.
