Sol 1243: Preparing to leave Namib Dune

I was the GSTL today, and it was a pretty easy day. Due to additional CHIMRA diagnostics, there was not much time for additional scientific research. The plan includes turns and setbacks to allow for active DAN measurement at the dune sampling location. In the geology thematic group, we have focused our attention on post-drive imaging, to prepare for the possibility of contact science or drilling in a future plan. In addition to all the great science about active dunes, it’s exciting to think about bedrock and where we might drill next!
